Moonwalk collection

Moonwalk is a contemporary urban furniture collection designed by Madelu Design Studio. It includes six elements: a bench with and without backrest, a table with integrated seating, a single-seat table, a bicycle rack, and a waste bin. The collection combines functionality, visual lightness, and a strong iconic identity.

Inspired by Michael Jackson’s legendary “zero gravity” dance move, Moonwalk translates the idea of balance and movement into design. Inclined geometries, shifted centers of gravity, and oblique lines generate dynamic volumes that appear to defy gravity while ensuring perfect stability.

Minimal and contemporary in character, Moonwalk integrates seamlessly into different architectural contexts, inviting people to experience public space with a renewed sense of lightness and dynamism.

All elements are made entirely of steel, with a curved tubular structure and folded sheet metal panels, finished with durable powder coating. The collection is available in five selected colors and can be customized in any RAL color. The main table is designed to be accessible to wheelchair users, reflecting the project’s commitment to inclusivity, ergonomics, and accessibility.
